Enza Zaden is an innovative company that develops, produces and sells seeds for vegetable varieties all over the world. We are currently on a mission to be the most data savvy and data driven vegetable breeding company in the world.

As we continue to expand and optimize our supply chain processes, we are implementing the end-to-end planning tool o9. For this we are looking for an additional IT specialist to help, maintain, develop and implement the solution. The big amount of data generated within our supply chain will offer valuable insights for optimization and strategic decision-making. Following the Go-Live this year we also expect improvement opportunities based on first use and the global roll out. As Advanced Planning System Specialist you will play a crucial role in driving our users and partners forward by continuous improvement and advise on the optimal usage of the platform. In addition, you will manage change requests and incidents in collaboration with other specialists and external partners.

At Enza Zaden, our global supply chain is a playing field that continuously changes due to market dynamics, climate change, regulations, technology and our growth of product portfolio and sales. We supply to nearly all countries in the world after producing in over 40 countries and processing and testing on several continents.

Your power

• You have a strong background in planning and supply chain management

• You have a Bachelor/ Master degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or equivalent working experience

• You are passionate about and experienced in optimizing & implementing planning/ ERP systems

• You have excellent communication skills and you excel in cross functional teamwork, aligning with stakeholders and training & motivating users

• You are a proactive professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who identifies opportunities, prioritizes and achieves deadlines

• Experience with Agile way of work, the o9 software and/ or the seed/ agri/ biotech environment is a pre.

Our assortment consists of 1.200 different varieties. From bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce to bitter gourd and bird’s eyes chillies.
